Born in Poland, Joanna lives, works and writes on Wurundjeri land/Naarm. She has recently completed a Graduate Diploma of Writing and Publishing at RMIT.
Her poems, short stories and novels revolve around her desire for society to see women in a meaningful and equal light. Her writing pursues themes of love, sex and the messiness of human connections. It is often accompanied by sensual art, with both the imagery and words, inviting the senses to embrace all the soft and hard edges of life’s experiences.
